How To Make Muffin

Ingredients :

1. 200 gr of cake flour
2. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3. 100 gr of sugar
4. 1/4 tsp salt
5. An egg
6. 100 ml milk
7. 1 tsp vanilla paste
8. 75 grames margarine, melted 

Filling Ingredients :

1. 150 ml milk
2. 75 gr cheddar cheese, shredded 
3. 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
4. 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, diluted with 2 tbsp of water

How to make the filling :

1. Heat the milk, put the cheddar cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Stir evenly, pour the cornstarch. Stir until it cook.

How to make the Muffin : 

1. Sift the cake flour and baking powder. Add sugar and salt and stir evenly.
2. Put the egg, milk, vanilla paste, margarine. Stir evenly. Pour into the cake flour mixture and mix again.
3. Pour the mixture into a muffin cup, put the filling and cover again with the mixture. 
4. Steam over a medium heat for 20 minutes until it cooked.
